Working in a fixed amount of time, perform the greatest number of laps of the circuit in the time given.
– 3-6 exercises included
– Performed at 90% intensity
– Sessions last 10-18 minutes
In 15 minutes, do as many laps as possible without stopping of:
– 5 burpees
– 10 V sit-ups
– 15 supermans
