What is a Hurricane training session?


High intensity session where several laps of a circuit of 4 exercises are performed, 1 minute per exercise.

There is no rest between each exercise, you have to be quick in the transition.

There is 1 minute rest between laps.

For each exercise we try to reach the maximum number of repetitions. So you will work both the strength and lactic acid tolerance of the muscles involved in the workout.

It is a very intense and fast session that generates an intense feeling of exhaustion.

Complete a number of laps of a sequence of 4 exercises, 1 min per exercise at your maximum intensity.

Rest 1 minute between laps.

  • Level of Personal Intensity: 90%
  • Length of session: 10 – 25 minutes


5 laps of the following circuit. Rest 1 minute in between laps:

  • 1 minute Sit-ups
  • 1 minute Push-ups
  • 1 minute Spider planks
  • 1 minute Burrols
