- olive oil

- Wash the zucchini in plenty of water.
- Make them into spaghetti with a Spirelli cutter, julienne peeler or grater.
- To cook the spaghetti: either one minute in boiling water or sautéed in a pan with a little coconut fat.
- For the sauce: brown the sliced garlic and chilli in coconut oil.
- Mix the spaghetti in the pan with the garlic and chilli (remove the chilli before serving.)
