Zucchini carpaccio

ZUCCHINI CARPACCIO10` MIN

ingredients

  • Zucchini
  • olive oil
  • ginger
  • lemon
  • toasted pine nut

cooking instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini in plenty of water.
  2. Slice the zucchini very thinly with a slicer or peeler.
  3. Put the slices on a dish, add salt and pepper and dust with a little ginger.
  4. Add lemon juice and olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top.
