Ingredients

  • Yucca
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash yucca with plenty of water.
  2. Slice the yuca (removing the strand) and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 356ºF.
  4. Season the yucca slices with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake about 10 minutes.
