- Pumpkin seeds
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Wakame seaweed
Cover the dried wakami seaweed with warm water. Allow it to soak for 10-20 minutes, until it is rehydrated. Drain and rinse.
Peel and chop the cucumber into thin sticks.
Mix the seaweed and cucumber together.
For the dressing: chop the chilli and mix it with lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and pumpkin seeds.
