Wakame seaweed salad

WAKAME SEAWEED SALAD10` MIN3

ingredients

  • cucumber
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • vinegar
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chilli
  • wakame seaweed

cooking instructions

  1. Cover the dried wakami seaweed with warm water. Allow it to soak for 10­-20 minutes, until it is rehydrated. Drain and rinse.
  2. Peel and chop the cucumber into thin sticks.
  3. Mix the seaweed and cucumber together.
  4. For the dressing: chop the chilli and mix it with lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and pumpkin seeds.
