- olive oil
- lemon juice
- Pumpkin seeds
- wakame seaweed
- Cover the dried wakami seaweed with warm water. Allow it to soak for 10-20 minutes, until it is rehydrated. Drain and rinse.
- Peel and chop the cucumber into thin sticks.
- Mix the seaweed and cucumber together.
- For the dressing: chop the chilli and mix it with lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and pumpkin seeds.
