  • Sunflower seeds
  • Cooked carrot
  • Chick peas
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • Cumin
  • Pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you form a dough.
  2. Make ten balls of equal size.
  3. Place the meatballs in a pan greased with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180ºC.
  4. Make sure to rotate them so they are evenly cooked.
