- black pepper
- Green pepper
- Medium tomato
- Turkey Sausage
- Wash and chop pepper, zucchini, tomato, parsnip and onion into small chunks.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ghee.
- Add parsnips and onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add garlic, pepper, zucchini, and salt.
- Stir everything together and serve hot.
