Ingredients

  • Coconut oil
  • Tuna
  • Medium tomato
  • Oregano
  • Bay leaf
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Sear the slices of tuna in a pan on both sides and put it to one side.
  2. Blend the tomatoes and put them to fry in a frying pan with coconut oil. Leave them to cook for about 5 minutes with a bay leaf, black pepper and salt.
  3. Put the tomato sauce and tuna slices in a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes.
