  1. In a bowl, mix eggs well and add in salt and the canned tuna (firsts, drain the water from the tuna).
  2. Pour egg and tuna mixture into a hot pan with some olive oil, spreading continuously as egg begins to thicken.
  3. Once edges start to turn golden brown, then fold both sides and flip the omelette. Cook until eggs are set.
  4. Place in a plate and serve.
