- Garlic powder
- Dijon mustard
- Melt a pat of butter in a frying pan and add the juice of half a lemon, crushed garlic, a tablespoonful of mustard, pepper, salt and a little water.
- Leave it to simmer so that the sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile heat a griddle with a few drops of olive oil and brown the tuna fillet, not too much or it will stick to the plate.
- Put the tuna fillet on a dish, add coarse sea salt and cover with the lemon juice sauce.
