Tuna in citrus fruit sauce

TUNA IN CITRUS FRUIT SAUCE10` MIN

ingredients

  • butter
  • pepper
  • salt
  • lemon
  • Garlic powder
  • tuna
  • Dijon mustard

cooking instructions

  1. Melt a pat of butter in a frying pan and add the juice of half a lemon, crushed garlic, a tablespoonful of mustard, pepper, salt and a little water.
  2. Leave it to simmer so that the sauce thickens.
  3. Meanwhile heat a griddle with a few drops of olive oil and brown the tuna fillet, not too much or it will stick to the plate.
  4. Put the tuna fillet on a dish, add coarse sea salt and cover with the lemon juice sauce.
