  • olive oil
  • anchovy
  • Lettuce heart

cooking instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned.
  2. Chop the lettuces into four pieces.
  3. Season to taste with salt, vinegar, olive oil, pepper….
  4. Top with anchovies.
