TOMATOES WITH FRESH GOAT CHEESE AND ANCHOVIES

Ingredients

  • Medium tomato
  • Anchovy
  • Olive oil
  • Goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned.
  2. Slice the tomatoes, top with slices of cheese and finish with a layer of anchovies.
  3. Season to taste with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
