- olive oil
- sweet paprika
- Sweet potato
- Sea salt
- Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Chop sweet potato and add it to the skillet.
- Add salt and paprika.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Add kale to skillet and cook until wilted, then remove mixture from heat.
- Fry an egg in a separate pan.
- Place fried egg over mixture and serve.
