  • olive oil
  • sweet paprika
  • Sweet potato
  • Bacon
  • Sea salt

cooking instructions

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Chop sweet potato and add it to the skillet.
  3. Add salt and paprika.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Add kale to skillet and cook until wilted, then remove mixture from heat.
  6. Fry an egg in a separate pan.
  7. Place fried egg over mixture and serve.
