- coconut oil
- Sweet potato
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut into thin slices using a slicer, grater or sharp knife.
- Place on an oven tray on a sheet of baking paper.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil over them and cover with another baking sheet.
- Bake at between 160-180 degrees C, 320-350 degrees F Gas Mark 34.
