Cut the beef into strips about 1 cm thick and season.
Wash the peppers and cut into very thin strips.
Sauté the peppers for a few minutes over medium heat, they should be ‘al dente’. Take them off the heat and put them to one side.
Sauté the meat and, when it’s nearly ready, add the peppers, mix and leave for a few minutes.
Serve with a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
