- Beef steak

- Cut the beef into strips about 1 cm thick and season.
- Wash the peppers and cut into very thin strips.
- Sauté the peppers for a few minutes over medium heat, they should be ‘al dente’. Take them off the heat and put them to one side.
- Sauté the meat and, when it’s nearly ready, add the peppers, mix and leave for a few minutes.
- Serve with a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
