Steamed mussels with bay leaf and lemon

STEAMED MUSSELS WITH BAY LEAF AND LEMON10` MIN4

  • bay leaf
  • salt
  • mussel
  • lemon

cooking instructions

  1. Wash the mussels in plenty of water and remove the beards.
  2. Put the mussels in a pan, add coarse sea salt, bay leaves, half a lemon and a glass of water.
  3. Cover the pan and put it on the stove. After it comes to a boil, leave it to simmer for a few minutes and, when you can see the mussels are open, remove from heat.
  4. Serve with a few slices of lemon.
