SQUIDS COOKED IN THEIR INK WITH ONIONS

Ingredients

  • Medium onion
  • Squid
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Heat up a pan with extra virgin olive oil and sauté the onion on a low heat.
  3. When the onion is almost ready, add the ink from the squid.
  4. After a few minutes add the squid (if they are small ones put them in whole, if not you can slice them).
  5. Season and stir for 5 minutes.
