- olive oil
- Medium onion
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Heat up a pan with extra virgin olive oil and sauté the onion on a low heat.
- When the onion is almost ready, add the ink from the squid.
- After a few minutes add the squid (if they are small ones put them in whole, if not you can slice them).
- Season and stir for 5 minutes.
