Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat up a pan with extra virgin olive oil and sauté the onion on a low heat.
When the onion is almost ready, add the ink from the squid.
After a few minutes add the squid (if they are small ones put them in whole, if not you can slice them).
Season and stir for 5 minutes.
