Spinach with pine nuts and raisins

ingredients

  • spinach
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • sweet paprika
  • raisin
  • pinon nut

cooking instructions

  1. Trim the spinach, cutting off the stalks and discarding any that are no good. Wash in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned. Then drain very thoroughly.
  2. Put a large pan with olive oil onto the stove. When the oil is heated up add the sliced garlic cloves and brown for a few seconds, then add the pine nuts until they are well toasted. Next add the raisins and finally the spinach leaves. Cook over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. To finish, sprinkle with a little sweet pepper and add salt to taste.
