  • black pepper
  • garlic clove
  • coconut oil

cooking instructions

  1. Heat two tablespoons of coconut oil over low heat and add the sliced garlic, a few grains of black peppercorn, and lastly the chopped chili pepper. Let cook for 4-5 minutes over a very very low heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and add to the pan until they are cooked through and a little golden.
