Wash the ingredients in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned.
Grill the asparagus spears, adding a little olive oil or coconut oil if necessary.
Chop the arugula, asparagus and strawberries and toss together.
Top with thin slices of Iberian ham.
