Sea bass with cabbage

  • Mushrooms
  • Green onion
  • Bass
  • Butter
  • Red cabbage


  1. Peel and cut the onion into very thin julienne strips.
  2. Wash the cabbage and sliced mushrooms with plenty of water.
  3. Sauté the onion with a teaspoon of butter. After a few minutes, add the cabbage and then the mushroom.
  4. Heat up the iron or grill and when hot cook the bass for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble the plate with the stew of cabbage with the bass over it. Add salt to taste and drizzle olive oil on top.
