- Red cabbage
- Green onion
- Peel and cut the onion into very thin julienne strips.
- Wash the cabbage and sliced mushrooms with plenty of water.
- Sauté the onion with a teaspoon of butter. After a few minutes, add the cabbage and then the mushroom.
- Heat up the iron or grill and when hot cook the bass for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the plate with the stew of cabbage with the bass over it. Add salt to taste and drizzle olive oil on top.
