SAUTEED PEAS

Ingredients

  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Medium onion
  • Peas
  • Oregano
  • Ghee

Instructions

  1. Boil plenty of water with a pinch of salt, and cook peas for 2-5 minutes if fresh and 6-8 minutes if frozen.
  2. Drain immediately when cooked.
  3. In a skillet, heat up a tablespoon of ghee and add the finely chopped onion. When the onion is golden brown add the peas and mix well.
  4. Add a little salt, the spices, and saute for a few seconds until fragrant.
