- Garlic powder

- Boil plenty of water with a pinch of salt, and cook peas for 2-5 minutes if fresh and 6-8 minutes if frozen.
- Drain immediately when cooked.
- In a skillet, heat up a tablespoon of ghee and add the finely chopped onion. When the onion is golden brown add the peas and mix well.
- Add a little salt, the spices, and saute for a few seconds until fragrant.
