Sauteed lamb



  • apple
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Medium onion
  • Lamb liver

cooking instructions

  1. Cut the liver into small slices.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  3. Peel, core and slice the apples.
  4. Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a large frying pan and add the onion to sauté. After a few minutes, add the slices of apple until they soften.
  5. Sear the liver in a different pan and season.
  6. Add the sliced liver to the pan with the onion and apples and leave it to simmer for a few minutes, to allow all the flavours to become absorbed.
