Cut the liver into small slices.
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Peel, core and slice the apples.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a large frying pan and add the onion to sauté. After a few minutes, add the slices of apple until they soften.
Sear the liver in a different pan and season.
Add the sliced liver to the pan with the onion and apples and leave it to simmer for a few minutes, to allow all the flavours to become absorbed.
