- Smoked salmon
- Coconut oil
- Garlic clove
Thoroughly clean the artichokes, removing the top part and the outer leaves.
Cut into quarters and either cook in a saucepan with salted water or steam for 10 minutes.
Slice the garlic and brown in a pan with coconut oil.
Add the artichokes to the garlic and stir.
Beat the eggs, season and add to the other ingredients in the frying pan until they set.
Finally, add the flaked smoked salmon, stir for half a minute and remove from the heat.
