- Smoked salmon
- Thoroughly clean the artichokes, removing the top part and the outer leaves.
- Cut into quarters and either cook in a saucepan with salted water or steam for 10 minutes.
- Slice the garlic and brown in a pan with coconut oil.
- Add the artichokes to the garlic and stir.
- Beat the eggs, season and add to the other ingredients in the frying pan until they set.
- Finally, add the flaked smoked salmon, stir for half a minute and remove from the heat.
