  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Walnut
  • Spaghetti squash
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper
  • Ginger


  1. Cut the pumpkin into small dice size. Remove the crust and the seeds.
  2. Cover baking pan with parchment paper and place pumpkin on it
  3. Sprinkle the ginger, salt and pepper over pumpkin
  4. Then add the honey and walnuts (chopped)
  5. Bake for 35 minutes (check for tenderness before removing from oven)
