Quinoa Burguer

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • Flax seeds
  • Black bean
  • Quinoa
  • Medium onion
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Coriander
  • Medium tomato
  • Mixed lettuce
  • Garlic clove
  • Cumin
  • Coarse salt
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa in pot of water
  2. Mash black beans with a fork
  3. Mince and mix pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, salt and egg
  4. Combine all ingredients with hands and form patty shapes
  5. Heat large skillet with olive oil and cook each patty for 3 minutes on each side
  6. Top with avocado, lime juice, tomato and lettuce
