- kidney beans
- lettuce romaine
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- Garlic powder
- Chickpea flour
- Cook quinoa in pot of water.
- Mash black beans with a fork.
- Mince and mix pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, salt and egg.
- Combine all ingredients with hands and form patty shapes.
- Heat large skillet with olive oil and cook each patty for 3 minutes on each side.
- Top with avocado, lime juice, tomato and lettuce.
