Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds and clean. Cut it in cubes and put them in a pot.
Add water or broth (make sure not to cover the pumpkin). Cook for 10 min.
Add fresh ginger, coconut milk and blend it all until creamy texture.
Add salt and pepper.
