Portobello with kale and goat cheese

PORTOBELLO WITH KALE AND GOAT CHEESE25` MIN

  • kale
  • Garlic powder
  • Raw mushroom
  • Fresh goat cheese

cooking instructions

  1. Clean mushroom and remove gills. Brush with olive oil.
  2. Mix kale, goat cheese and garlic together.
  3. Stuff each mushroom with kale mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
