Pork Loin with Ham and Green Peppers

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin
  • Green pepper
  • Iberian ham

Instructions

  1. Fry the green peppers in a pan or roast in the oven.
  2. Heat the grill or griddle and, when hot enough, grill the meat for a couple of minutes on each side. Season to taste.
  3. Serve in layers of pork loin, pepper and ham.
