  • Almond flour
  • Egg
  • Minced beef meat
  • Minced pork emat
  • Bay leaf
  • Coconut oil
  • Rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Tomato sauce
  • Carrot
  • Medium onion


  1. Mix the ground pork and beef together with the eggs, ground almonds, rosemary and parsley. Salt and pepper and shape the meat into balls.
  2. For the sauce: peel and chop the onion and sauté in coconut oil. When it has browned put in the crushed tomato, a bay leaf and pepper. After a few minutes add the diced carrot and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a pan with a coconut oil.
  4. Put half a glass of water in the sauce, stir well and add the meatballs. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
