- Minced beef meat

- Medium onion

- Mix the ground pork and beef together with the eggs, ground almonds, rosemary and parsley. Salt and pepper and shape the meat into balls.
- For the sauce: peel and chop the onion and sauté in coconut oil. When it has browned put in the crushed tomato, a bay leaf and pepper. After a few minutes add the diced carrot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Brown the meatballs in a pan with a coconut oil.
- Put half a glass of water in the sauce, stir well and add the meatballs. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
