  • Minced beef meat
  • Bacon
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt


  1. Finely chop the bacon and mix it with the ground beef, garlic powder and salt.
  2. Make it into a ball without squeezing too hard and slightly flatten it on top.
  3. Heat the griddle. When it is hot enough add some drops of extra virgin olive oil and put the hamburger on it. Grill both sides according to taste.
