- olive oil

- Oyster mushroom
- Clean the mushrooms or oyster mushrooms in plenty of water so that the dish isn’t spoiled by grit.
- Heat the griddle and sauté the oyster mushrooms on their smooth side first.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Turn them so they brown on both sides.
- Chop the garlic and parsley beforehand and add for a few seconds before turning down the heat.
- Drizzle with raw olive oil to serve. Add salt to taste.
