cooking instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms or oyster mushrooms in plenty of water so that the dish isn’t spoiled by grit.
  2. Heat the griddle and sauté the oyster mushrooms on their smooth side first.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Turn them so they brown on both sides.
  5. Chop the garlic and parsley beforehand and add for a few seconds before turning down the heat.
  6. Drizzle with raw olive oil to serve. Add salt to taste.
