cooking instructions

  1. Peel and slice the garlic, either with a good knife or a mandolin.
  2. Put the garlic in a saucepan with oil and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Peel and slice the onion with a mandolin, then add to the pan.
  4. Cook for 7 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly so it won’t stick.
  5. After 7 minutes, add in the bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Cover with 750cc of water.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes.
