- spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- curry powder
- Medium onion
- Peel the pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut the flesh into medium slices.
- Skin the onions and cut into four pieces.
- Put 3-4 oz of water in a steamer (you could also use a strainer or colander). When the water comes to a boil put in the sliced vegetables, sprinkle with curry powder, pepper and salt and leave to cook for 10 – 15 minutes until ready.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
