- Medium onion
- Garlic clove
- Cayenne pepper
- Chicken broth
Wash and peel the vegetables under plenty of water.
Finely chop the onions and garlic.
Sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
Add the mushrooms cut into quarters.
Cover with stock, add paprika and oregano and leave to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
Blend the whole mixture.
