- garlic clove
- Cayenne pepper
- Chicken broth
- Medium onion
- Wash and peel the vegetables under plenty of water.
- Finely chop the onions and garlic.
- Sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
- Add the mushrooms cut into quarters.
- Cover with stock, add paprika and oregano and leave to simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Blend the whole mixture.
