  • Medium onion
  • Medium tomato
  • carrot
  • Fresh basil
  • Navy Beans

cooking instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pot, then add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.
  2. Add broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, celery, and carrots and bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Add green beans, kidney beans, white beans, zucchini, and herbs. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
