- beef liver
- Clean and remove the membranes from the liver.
- Put the liver in a food processor with the egg.
- Add the grated apple, onion and carrot to the bowl and process again.
- To make the hamburgers, shape some balls without squeezing too much and flatten them slightly.
- Heat the corrugated grill. When it’s hot enough, pour on a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and put the hamburgers onto it. Grill both sides. (You could also bake them in the oven.)
