Liver hamburger



  • egg
  • apple
  • pepper
  • salt
  • beef liver
  • carrot

cooking instructions

  1. Clean and remove the membranes from the liver.
  2. Put the liver in a food processor with the egg.
  3. Add the grated apple, onion and carrot to the bowl and process again.
  4. To make the hamburgers, shape some balls without squeezing too much and flatten them slightly.
  5. Heat the corrugated grill. When it’s hot enough, pour on a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and put the hamburgers onto it. Grill both sides. (You could also bake them in the oven.)
