Lamb and pear hamburger

LAMB AND PEAR HAMBURGER10` MIN

ingredients

  • Minced lamb meat
  • pear
  • olive oil
  • Mixed spice
  • salt

cooking instructions

  1. Chop the pear into very small pieces. You can leave it raw or toss it in the frying pan for a few minutes with some lemon juice.
  2. Thoroughly mix the meat with the spices, pear and salt.
  3. Form hamburger patties to desired size
  4. Heat a griddle. When it’s hot enough, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and grill the hamburgers on both sides.
