- Minced lamb meat
- olive oil
- Mixed spice
- Chop the pear into very small pieces. You can leave it raw or toss it in the frying pan for a few minutes with some lemon juice.
- Thoroughly mix the meat with the spices, pear and salt.
- Form hamburger patties to desired size
- Heat a griddle. When it’s hot enough, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and grill the hamburgers on both sides.
