- Minced beef meat

- Wash and finely slice the eggplants. Cook on the grill with a few drops of coconut oil.
- Season the ground beef and shape into several balls, without squeezing it too hard and flatten them slightly.
- Heat the griddle. When it is hot enough, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and place the hamburgers on it. Grill to taste on both sides.
- Serve the hamburgers on the slices of eggplant and top with the goat’s cheese while the meat is still hot, so that it melts a little.
