- Goat cheese
- Minced beef meat
Wash and finely slice the eggplants. Cook on the grill with a few drops of coconut oil.
Season the ground beef and shape into several balls, without squeezing it too hard and flatten them slightly.
Heat the griddle. When it is hot enough, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and place the hamburgers on it. Grill to taste on both sides.
Serve the hamburgers on the slices of eggplant and top with the goat’s cheese while the meat is still hot, so that it melts a little.
