- garlic clove

- Medium onion
- Brown the sliced garlic in ghee. Remove from the heat and put aside.
- Sweat the finely chopped onion in the same pan.
- Add the fish that has been seasoned already, a slice of lemon, a bay leaf and a sprig of parsley.
- Cover and leave to simmer for between 5 and 10 minutes.
