- Medium onion
- Garlic clove
- Bay leaf
Brown the sliced garlic in ghee. Remove from the heat and put aside.
Sweat the finely chopped onion in the same pan.
Add the fish that has been seasoned already, a slice of lemon, a bay leaf and a sprig of parsley.
Cover and leave to simmer for between 5 and 10 minutes.
