- Preheat a griddle or skillet with a little coconut oil and, when it is hot enough, cook the squid for a few minutes on each side, until they are cooked.
- Put the garlic and chopped parsley into a bowl with the salt, some lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Stir.
- Serve the squid with the dressing to cover.
