GRILLED SQUID WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic clove
  • Parsley
  • Squid
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or skillet with a little coconut oil and, when it is hot enough, cook the squid for a few minutes on each side, until they are cooked.
  2. Put the garlic and chopped parsley into a bowl with the salt, some lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Stir.
  3. Serve the squid with the dressing to cover.
