GRILLED SEA BASS WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY

  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Garlic clove
  • Bass

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle and, when it is hot enough, cook the sea bass for 4­-5 minutes on each side according to taste.
  2. Add coarse sea salt or Maldon salt, finely chopped garlic and parsley and a good splash of extra virgin olive oil.
