GRILLED RABBIT20` MIN

ingredients

  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • rabbit
  • salt
  • Rosemary

cooking instructions

  1. In a mortar, prepare a mixture of rosemary, thyme, salt and a little extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Cover the meat with the mixture, leaving it for 20 mins, if possible.
  3. Put the rabbit meat into a greased frying pan, searing on both sides until it is browned.
