  • Prawn
  • Coarse salt


  1. Pour some extra virgin olive oil onto the griddle or frying pan and wipe it with kitchen paper. There shouldn’t be too much oil.
  2. When the griddle is hot enough, add the prawns.
  3. Add salt and wait till this side is done.
  4. Turn and salt the other side.
  5. When you see the prawns no longer giving off moisture, take them off the heat.
