  • Parsley
  • Egg yolk
  • Garlic clove
  • Minced beef meat


  1. Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped garlic, parsley and egg yolk and set aside for 15-­20 minutes if time allows.
  2. Form the beef into balls without pressing them too hard and flatten them slightly.
  3. Heat the griddle. When it is hot enough add some drops of extra virgin olive oil and put the hamburger on it. Grill both sides according to taste.
