Figs and Goat Cheese in Iberian Ham

Ingredients

  • Fresh goat cheese
  • Fig
  • Iberian ham
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve, lengthwise, the Iberian Ham slices.
  2. Remove ends and halve the figs.
  3. Put a small dab of cheese on top of each fig half, and wrap in Iberian Ham.
  4. Grind pepper over the top and serve raw.
