- Medium onion
- Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker (wash the whole garlic cloves and onion carefully beforehand and add them in their skins.) If there is not much liquid left, you can add some until the meat is almost covered.
- Put the lid on the pressure cooker and cook at maximum heat. Once it starts to boil lower to medium heat for 20 minutes (if you don’t have a pressure cooker, leave it to cook over a low heat for 40 minutes).
